Customer Service Representative

JOB SUMMARYPremier Toyota of Amherst is looking for a full-time, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position requires a driven, positive, and knowledgeable person and includes base pay and excellent benefits. The ideal candidate should be able to provide a high level of expertise in customer service, have a friendly and professional attitude, and be able to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSThis position offers a competitive hourly rate of $14 to $17 per hour and is paid on a weekly basis. Benefits include medical/vision/dental insurance, paid vacation, sick days, and holiday pay.RESPONSIBILITIESHandle customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phoneMaintain accurate customer records and update customer informationTroubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutionsAssist customers with product selections and recommend features they may want to considerProvide product and services informationRespond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely mannerFollow up with customers after sales to ensure customer satisfactionFollow company policies and procedures and adhere to safety standardsREQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or retail environmentExceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectivelyAbility to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentAbility to use basic office equipment and technologyBasic knowledge of automotive products or willingness to learnEEOC STATEMENTPremier Toyota of Amherst is committed to creating a diverse workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
