Primary Job Function: This position is responsible for answering all incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to our clients. The candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and "smile through the phone".
Required Qualifications: 2+ years answering incoming calls required within a service-related industry is a huge plus! Impeccable customer service skills Ability to multi-task and stay calm within a fast-paced environment Energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills Intermediate to Advanced MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skill set Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) Desired Qualifications: Service Titan experience or the ability to learn the software CSR jobs, admin jobs, CSR, Appointment setter, office jobs, administration, customer service
