Goodyear Belts by Adventry Corp. is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Industrial and Automotive industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their orders and inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Goodyear Belts is a licensing agreement with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, manufacturing and distributing the Goodyear Belt brand of Industrial and Automotive Aftermarket Power Transmission Belts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have an opportunity to work with a globally recognized brand and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and assist customers with placing orders, inquiring about products, or addressing their concerns Manage email inquiries and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries Work collaboratively with sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction Process orders through our ERP system and ensure accurate billing and payment processing Provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner Maintain customer records and update customer account information Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems NetSuite is a plus Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Benefits Comprehensive Company Benefits Package available – medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, sick time.
