D.R. Horton is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator.The coordinator will handle customer warranty requests and schedule subcontractors for repairs.The goal is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Receive and confirm homeowner requests• Schedule inspection appointments• Evaluate and determine warrantable repair issues• Process work orders for repairs• Schedule and manage subcontractors for warranty repairs• Ensure completion of warranty work• Follow up with homeowners to address concerns• Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner• Develop and maintain rapport with subcontractors and homeowners• Ensure compliance with quality standards
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• 6 months to 1 year related experience• Ability to utilize DRH Warranty applications• Proficiency with MS Office and email• Physical abilities to perform various tasks• Preferred: Previous customer service experience• Preferred: Effective communication skills• Preferred: Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations• Preferred: Systematic approach to assignments
