Call Center Agent
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Call Center Agent for a company based in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and text in a call center environment.
Pay Rate
$17.60 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Job Title Duties and Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer phone calls. Email and call customers to resolve issues. Provide accurate and timely follow through on all customer inquiries or correspondence requiring research. Efficiently and accurately enter and maintain all customer account data and activity in appropriate systems. Maintain schedule adherence for shift start, breaks, and lunches. Knowledge of and a proficiency in using Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) Excellent communication and listening skills.
