Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our team in a hybrid remote role based in Columbia, SC. The position requires on-site attendance three days per week, blending the flexibility of remote work with the vibrancy of a collaborative office environment.
Role Description:
As a Customer/Product Support Analyst, you will provide exceptional support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving technical and complex inquiries related to operational systems efficiently and professionally. Our Analysts handle advanced customer service activities, utilizing sophisticated processes and tools to support both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries regarding complex products and services across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Participate in training for new business applications and actively support upcoming system implementations.
Maintain stringent quality control and dedication to operational and technical support.
Provide timely support by understanding the interactions and dependencies among current business applications.
Resolve issues in collaboration with partners and maintain consistent, quality support across all interactions.
Use multiple system tools adeptly to troubleshoot and respond to a variety of user queries and system issues.
Prioritize effectively and manage concurrent objectives, maintaining accountability for personal and team development.
Requirements:
Associate Degree in Business or a technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
Prior experience in a customer support or call center environment, ideally involving PC hardware and software, mainframe, and client-server systems.
Preferred: Certification as a Help Desk Professional.
Annual HIPAA certification is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
Strong customer service orientation and a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance service delivery.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, establish priorities, and work under pressure.
