As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles and possess a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet established service level agreements- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience
