Credit Resolution RepLocation: Remote in West Allis, WIResponsible for researching and resolving all Hospital Billing and Professional Billing credit balances

Responsibilities
• Research and resolve Hospital Billing and Professional Billing credit balances• Review insurance underpayments to ensure maximum reimbursement• Follow-up on customer inquiries related to credit balances
Requirements
• High School graduate or equivalent• 3 years of experience in health care revenue cycle operations• Working knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Interpersonal skills to effectively resolve billing issues• Prior experience in a large health system preferred• Medical billing experience preferred• Experience in Epic Resolute preferred
