Job Overview: The Home Friend Coordinator is responsible for assisting the manager with maintaining daily functions of the Home Friend program.
Qualifications: Required: High School Diploma required Two year experience working with older adults and disabled Preferred: Exceptional interpersonal skills Extensive computer skills Scheduling Requirements: Shift working: 8:30am-4:30pm Essential Functions: Perform in home assessments to older adults and disabled Dispatch home friend workers into the homes of clients Prepare data for monthly reports to be delivered to the Essex County Division of Senior Services Assist manager with home friend staff Perform in home light chore services when home friend worker is not available to service their clients Assist manager with Volunteer Services as needed Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
