Controller

Seeking a passionate and experienced Controller to join the accounting team in a small rural hospital located in a quaint, southern rural Wyoming town.
As Controller, you will be responsible for the overall financial health of the hospital. Your Key Duties Will Include Overseeing all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support informed decision-making. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local accounting regulations specific to healthcare. Working closely with the CFO, department heads, and other members of the leadership team to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives. We Are Seeking a Candidate With An accounting background, preferrably within a small, rural healthcare setting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost control and efficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues across departments.
