We are seeking a Contract Quality Associate to join our Global Quality team. This role involves reviewing, editing, and publishing QMS documents, applying corporate branding to existing documents, and supporting document reviews. Additionally, you will collaborate with the corporate Learning Team to develop training materials and implement awareness tools.
Duties & Responsibilities Reviewing, editing, and assisting with publishing of QMS documents Apply new Corporate branding to published documents and Templates (Docx, PPT Slides, etc.) Support reviews of current QMS documents for adoption, conformance, awareness, etc. Develop simple "Training and Awareness" tools and communications for new or existing QMS Procedures Collaborate with corporate Learning Team to develop simple "Awareness and Knowledge Checks" for targeted procedures Set up training "campaigns" in iLearn on top-level Quality documents (Quality Policy, Quality Manual, etc.) Define onboarding training package Report and track trainings activities Required Experience: Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in creating documentation Skilled in collecting and analyzing data Experienced in report-writing Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Working knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint Travel: 0 - 10 %
