Contract Peoplesoft Erp Developer

This role is 100% remote but you must reside in the state of Texas. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension/conversion.  We are working with a State Agency headquartered in Austin, TX to help them find a PeopleSoft ERP Developer. The project is an upgrade from a legacy system currently in place. This will involve migrating from a mainframe environment into a more robust solution, but also configuring and customizing according to the requirements.
We see this as a Senior position so are looking for 8+ years PeopleSoft experience.
Requirements: 
Experience implementing/upgrading/maintaining PeopleSoft ERP systems Technical support to implement, upgrade, or maintain PeopleSoft Finance version 9.2 and PeopleTools version 8.57 or above, including Application, Data Mover Scripts Engine, Component Interface, Unix, BI Publisher, Events and Notifications, and SQR Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities Communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills at all levels Strong technical writing skillsImplementing/upgrading or maintaining the State of Texas PeopleSoft Finance system: Workforce Reporting, Accounting, and Procurement System (WRAPS) at the Texas Workforce Commission, or Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) at the Comptroller of Public Accounts Experience collecting technical requirements and designing appropriate software solutions Create, Maintain, and Update System and Configuration Specific documentation like Environment Diagrams, Security, and Integration Mappings #ZR
