Job Description:
Toys "R" Us is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team and work remotely from home in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues or trends- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service- Meet and exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Independent and passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service- Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment- Strategic planning and critical thinking skills to effectively problem-solve and prioritize tasks- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
