Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a full-time remote position with entry-level seniority requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers and providing exceptional customer service. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Providing accurate and timely information to customers- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department- Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals

Requirements:- Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service- Strong creativity and emotional intelligence skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
