American Financial Group is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and accurately entering information into our customer database. You will be expected to communicate effectively with customers and provide solutions to their needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
To excel in this role, you must possess the personality traits of independence and passion, as well as the soft skills of critical thinking and decision-making. You must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively, while also demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
