Job Description:

GameStop is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our dynamic team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring 5 years of experience in a similar role. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our contact center operations and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of contact center agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of contact center operations.3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive performance improvements.4. Create and maintain schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage.5. Handle escalations from customers and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.7. Train and onboard new contact center agents, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.8. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure consistent service delivery.9. Stay current on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve contact center operations.10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:1. 5 years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role.2. Strong leadership and communication skills.3. Ability to work effectively in a remote, work from home environment.4. Dedicated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.5. Strong planning and organizational skills.6. Highly adaptable to changing business needs.7. Experience with contact center technology and CRM systems.8. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
