Responsibilities
• Builds and leads the project team• Enforces safety policies and procedures• Manages construction progress and problem solving• Sets production goals and schedules• Controls project costs and trains project team• Promotes communication and resolves issues• Reviews reports and contracts• Knows the key terms and conditions of contracts
Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant construction industry experience• 5+ years overseeing self-perform work• Master Electrical License preferred• Exceptional leadership skills• Previous experience as a construction Foreman• Superb customer service skills• Robust knowledge of various areas of construction• Expert knowledge of OSHA Safety regulations• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management
