Construction Quality Control Manager

We are looking for a Construction Quality Control Manager to join our team! 
This is a great opportunity to join a company that is committed to quality and safety on all of its construction projects. We are a contractor that does almost exclusively government/military construction work on bases, installations, and other government facilities. you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring all aspects of quality control and safety on construction projects on bases, installations, and other government properties. You should have at least 5 years of experience in quality control management or similar, knowledge of Federal construction contracts, and familiarity with EM-385-1-1. What You Will Be Doing As Construction Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the safety and quality control on all construction projects. This will include reviewing the Job Site Safety plan, ensuring all hazard analyses have been performed, performing inspections, project-specific quality control, three phase inspection reports, reviewing drawings, and resolving any issues that arise. You will also ensure compliance with all Federal construction contracts and OSHA regulations.
What You Need for this Position You will need at least 5 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager in similar programs, as well as:
- OSHA 30 certification
-Familiarity with EM-385
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite
- Current security clearance, or the ability to get one
- First Aid/CPR Certifications
- Knowledge of HVAC a big plus
- Knowledge of Electrical also a big plus
