We are looking for a Project Manager. Here are some of the duties of this position:

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the overall managerial and administrative aspects of a construction project. This includes being proficient in estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
Managing and directing Jobsite Superintendent, Office Administrator, Assistant Jobsite Superintendent and Jobsite Administrator throughout the project as needed.
Review and ensure that an accurate and complete estimate for the project is prepared upon assignment of a project. Project Managers work closely with Estimator and Owner/s of DI Construction, the Client and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and estimates.
Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work and cost estimates.
Oversee the buyout process and to selection of subcontractors and vendors. Author contracts and purchase orders with the assistance of the Estimator.
Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings on site.
Prepare weekly reports to the Client.
Direct and coordinate with the Superintendent to ensure all aspects of the duties of the superintendent are being completed.
Conduct progress meetings with Owners and the construction team.
Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project at all times.
Communicate effectively and respectfully with everyone involved in the project.
