The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests.They must be well-versed in hotel-brand standards and guest expectations.This role is within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel.

Responsibilities
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.• Service guests with food and beverage requirements in a friendly and professional manner.• Greet and seat guests at appropriate tables.• Ensure quality control of menus with regard to cleanliness and appearance.• Clear, clean, and reset tables/hotel spaces per client request.• Support all areas of beverage and food service.• Answer questions about the hotel, guest expectations, and local area attractions.• Perform cashiering functions and end-of-shift paperwork.• Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties according to rotation assignment.• Attend meetings and perform any other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
• Ability to perform job function with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.• Willingness and ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.• Must meet legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass responsible serving course.• Must obtain and provide Food Handlers card.• Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner.• Understanding of hotel products and guest services.• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks and provide support to team members.• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, guest relations, and etiquette.• Ability to perform numerical operations and effectively deal with customers and staff.
