Pima Federal Credit Union of Tucson, AZ is looking to hire a full-time Compliance Analyst . COMPLIANCE ANALYST POSITION Our Compliance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, implementing, and maintaining the Compliance programs that result in reduced risk to the Credit Union. They prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports, Currency Transaction Reports, FinCEN, OFAC checks and ensure that Pima Federal Credit Union remains in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Job duties also include conducting periodic monitoring and validation of regulatory compliance within departments. The Compliance Analyst will review security reports, surveillance systems, loss portfolio trends and other data as needed. In addition, they will assist with the development, monitoring, and facilitation of mandatory annual compliance training.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN COMPLIANCE ANALYST High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field of study preferred. Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of education. Two or more years of experience in compliance or related field. Must be able to attain CUCE (Credit Union Compliance Expert) and/or BSACS (Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist) within one year of employment. Knowledge and practical understanding of federal regulatory requirements applicable to consumer lending (TILA, RESPA, ECOA, FCRA, etc.). Knowledge and practical understanding of credit unions and operations regulations (TISA, Reg D, Reg E, etc.). Knowledge of general financial institution policy and procedures. One year customer service experience where demonstrated production and customer satisfaction are a focus. Ability to travel to different branch locations and various training or networking events. Three years of experience in financial institution regulatory compliance preferred. Are you looking to build on your compliance experience? Are you flexible and able to adapt to change?
