Job summary
Trustwell Living is looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team!Community Relations Director responsible for promoting the community and generating move-ins.Full-time position with excellent compensation and benefits package.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Promote the community through in-person and virtual tours and events.• Perform community outreach to referral groups and influencers.• Input all sales and lead information into CRM system.• Generate qualified move-ins to meet or exceed census goals.
Requirements
• At least two years of commissioned sales and/or successful senior living experience.• Proven track record in senior living communities and face-to-face selling.• Strong relationship-building skills and excellent telephone skills.• High energy, persistent self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills.
