This full-time position offers the flexibility to work from home or any local spot with WiFi, putting you right at the heart of Salt Lake City's bustling life. Your role will focus on celebrating local businesses, fostering strong community ties, and enhancing our city's unique culture.
Role Highlights:
As a Community Manager, your main responsibility will be to act as the face and voice of our brand within Salt Lake City. You'll engage directly with local businesses and the community to create and promote enriching experiences that highlight what makes our city special. This includes:
- Organizing and hosting local events that bring people together.
- Developing partnerships with local businesses for event sponsorships and collaborations.
- Managing and nurturing our elite group of contributors, ensuring they're recognized and rewarded for their efforts.
- Curating engaging content for our Local Yelp newsletter and regional social media platforms, showcasing the best local offerings.
- Connecting with local organizations to build partnerships that reach new audiences and promote community growth.
What You Need to Thrive:
- A deep appreciation and knowledge of Salt Lake City.
- At least 3 years of experience in event planning, social media, or marketing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage your own schedule and tasks effectively.
- Creative energy and excitement for developing new and innovative community engagement strategies.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Location Requirements:
- Must reside within 30 minutes of Salt Lake City center.
- Must be at least 21 years old with reliable transportation.

From day one, you'll enjoy comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, and vision), a competitive salary ranging from $61,000 to $82,000 annually, plus potential bonuses.
