The Community Development Marketing & Communications Manager in Juneau, WI is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaignsThey also manage community development and tourism marketing and communication databases, plans, strategies, and programsThis is a full-time position with a flexible work schedule that includes occasional evening and weekend meetings or activities

Responsibilities
• Manage and market available sites and buildings for commercial and industrial development• Create and maintain community development and tourism promotional materials• Represent Dodge County and assist local communities, business groups, and other agencies in promoting community development• Assist in reviewing community development projects for compliance with County Ordinances• Collaborate with public and private entities on community development activities• Market and promote Dodge County with State, MadREP, and other economic development entities• Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to support business attraction, expansion, and retention• Prepare and present reports on marketing activities and initiatives• Coordinate marketing activities with utility companies, businesses, and local communities• Monitor and analyze local, State, and Federal legislation, economic and demographic data, and trends
Requirements
• Advanced proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies, event planning, managing databases, website development, and graphic design• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with advanced proficiency in English• Knowledge of County and Department operating requirements, policies, procedures, and regulations• Ability to research and analyze detailed information and communicate effectively• Thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web-based marketing tools• Ability to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate projects and programs• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, website content management systems, and Adobe Creative Suite• Ability to perform detailed work accurately and independently• Skill in researching and understanding complex written materials• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and effective working relationships
