Direct Hire PositionPay: $80k-$120k DOEFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredShift: Monday - Friday (hrs vary)Commercial Superintendent Details: Direct Hire position$80,000.00 to $120,000.00 /annuallyFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredSalaried (Monday through Sunday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completionPerform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work vein performedEnsure subcontractors are fully executing and complying with the contracted scope of workCoordinate required inspection with local jurisdictionsSolve conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolutionCommercial Superintendent Qualifications: Must have 5+ yrs commercial construction experienceMust have 3+ yrs field supervision experienceBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related fieldDemonstrated proficiency in leading medium-scale or more complex commercial construction projectsProven ability to accurately schedule construction activities or projectsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
