Commercial Roofing Estimator $K-$K

Prior experience working for Commercial Roofing Contractor is required for consideration.
We are one of the largest commercial roofing contractors and we're seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator responsible for estimating commercial roof projects. 
Responsibilities Accurately estimate, gather bids, create proposals, and make sure they are finished on schedule. When necessary, visit construction sites to gather data for bids and/or from plans and specifications for new or renovated projects. Identifies qualified subcontractors, specifies materials, and negotiates prices to obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors. Examine and produce project bids in line with business bidding guidelines, making sure to accurately estimate the total cost. Take part in project meetings before and after reviews. Finish the project closeout paperwork. Develop a rapport with clients to help secure lucrative recurring business. Stay in touch with project contacts from the beginning to the end of the project. Managing several tasks and assigning priorities while managing several projects Key Skills BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree 5+ years experience estimating complex commercial/industrial single-ply roof system projects Advanced knowledge and understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system design and installation code compliance and manufacturers' requirements for warranty. Strong knowledge of Edge Software Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Power point, Word Must be a motivated and a "self-starter" with professional appearance Must be self-disciplined and able to work remotely effectively without micromanagement Ability to give instructions and clearly explain problems or situation Valid drivers license and insurable driving record References required Benefits Full Time, Salaried role -  ($100k-$120k) Steady Year-Round Work Company Vehicle + Gas Card Phone and Computer Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits Life Insurance 401(K) Plan with Employer Contribution Holiday and Paid Time Off Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
