Commercial Landscape Construction Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities: Oversee commercial landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Work closely with foremen and various departments to coordinate project activities, including supply ordering and scheduling.
Maintain an active book of business, with projects starting within 3-6 months, and manage monthly maintenance accounts effectively.
Promote open lines of communication within the team, with clients, and with vendors, ensuring a collaborative project environment.
Support the company's growth initiatives, particularly in expanding into the North Dallas area.
Key Qualifications: Character and prior experience will be highly valued.
A degree in Construction Management or a related field, or a PMI with a Landscape background, preferred.
3-10 years of relevant experience in landscape construction management or a closely related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of landscape architecture is a plus but not required.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience.

This position is primarily in-office, with an 80/20 split between office and remote work to accommodate project and customer meetings.
