Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee project planning and execution from start to finish- Coordinate project team members and ensure timely completion of tasks- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and plans as needed- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success- Manage project budgets and oversee financial reports
Construction Project Manager Essential Job Functions:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Proficient in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana)- Knowledge of commercial construction practices and regulations Construction Project Manager Skills:
At least 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with experience managing projects $50M and up Experience working on luxury commercial and multi-family preferred Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field Strong leadership and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines **Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000
