Responsibilities
• Meet monthly and yearly profitability and revenue goals• Implement and evaluate operational practices for commercial, industrial, and mechanical lines of business• Provide sales staff support and supervision• Manage and maintain inventory• Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards• Hire, train, and manage employee productivity and professional development• Establish branch goals and objectives• Perform regular employee evaluations• Manage branch expenses and resources• Conduct safety meetings and facility checks
Requirements
• Associate's degree in Business or related field; four-year degree preferred• 3-5 years experience in the industry or related management position• Experience managing P&L preferred• Familiarity with Paylocity and AS400 software a plus• Must be at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record• Commercial TIA certification and forklift certification preferred• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and operate other software• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and identify growth opportunities
