Collections Specialist

System One has partnered with a Tulsa based company in their search for a Collections Specialist. This is an immediate need, so candidates who are immediately available are encouraged to apply.  Responsibilities:  Contacting individuals and businesses to obtain late payments.  Identify and maintain a list of services greater than 20 days past due.  Process credit card payments.  Investigate customer inquiries/issues and communicate with Billing and Sales teams to resolve.  Requirements:  Must possess patience, good listening, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and win-back skills.  Have familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  Familiarity with Zoom phone function and Intercom ticketing system is a plus.  Minimum of 1 year of collections experience.  High school diploma or equivalent required.
