Promptly bus dishes as needed for required by needs of function.Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.Assist in the cleaning and resetting of banquet rooms and breaks according to banquet function sheet specifications to ensure the readiness of the room for the following function. Assist in the cleaning of all service areas to ensure a safe working environment.Requisition and store all items needed for successful operation of the Banquet Coffee Break Department.Complete extra assignments designated by the Director of Banquets or Asst.
