We aim to deliver high-quality cocktails without being pretentious. Cross-training and filling in to cover barback, bartending, and greeter positions helps build knowledge and presents the possibility for growth. If you have a passion for cocktails and are looking for an exciting environment to learn in, Peter Kern Library is the perfect opportunity.Responsibilities:Greeting and seating guestsOperating POS systemMaintaining a clean work environmentPrepping and stocking the barDevelop a comprehensive knowledge of our menu, cocktails, and spiritsHelping guide guests through cocktail ordersQualifications:Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)Possesses strong, organizational and time management skillsMust have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experienceDisplay excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkersPrevious experience in cocktail service is preferredAbout Company:The Oliver Hotel is Knoxville's nicest boutique hotel.
