Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive assessments of new patients• Coordinate communication between treatment providers• Determine appropriate disposition level for patients• Manage patients boarding for inpatient admission• Coordinate handoffs between providers• Develop knowledge of community-based outpatient services• Maintain licensure and certification
Requirements
• Master's Degree in Nursing• Registered Nurse license and Certified as a Nurse Practitioner• Current CPR certification• Advanced clinical skills in specialty area• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to function effectively in a changing environment• General computer knowledge• Physical requirements: varying shifts and mobility
