Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a **CNC (Lathe or Mills) Machinist * in Plymouth MI . Our client is a manufacturing facility . The * CNC Machinist **is responsible for for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. **Responsibilities:**
Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand part specifications. Set up CNC machines, including loading the appropriate tools and materials. Program the CNC machine by entering commands and making adjustments as needed. Write, modify, and optimize CNC programs using G-code and other programming languages. Debug and troubleshoot programs to ensure accurate and efficient machining processes. Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts with precision and efficiency. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality. Qualifications: Proficient in writing and modifying CNC programs. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Experience in operating CNC machines with a focus on precision and accuracy. Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and address issues during machining. Keen attention to detail to ensure the production of high-quality parts. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members. Ability to adapt to changes in production requirements or machining processes. Strict adherence to safety guidelines and protocols. Strong understanding of mechanical concepts and machine operations. You should be proficient in:
