SALARY: $60,000 to $74,900+ per year.   The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.
BENEFITS: RVU offers a full benefits package that includes Health, Dental and Vision insurance, along with 2 weeks (minimum) accrued paid vacation days per year, 12 accrued sick days per year, personal days, 13 ½ paid holidays (if the clinic is opened and you are scheduled to work on a holiday you will be paid time and a half instead of holiday pay) and 401(K) match up to 7% based on employee's contribution.

The Clinic Supervisor will oversee administrative tasks, lead a team, and ensure the efficient functioning of the Rocky Vista Health Center. This position requires multitasking, strong leadership, and high aptitude of managing change within the health center.
Management and oversight of physician and staff schedules to maintain adequate availability of the clinic. Facilitate and ensure staff physicians are appropriately credentialed, licensed and insured to work in the health center. Lead and supervise front office staff and medical assistants by providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Collaborate and coordinate with residency program administrative leadership regarding residents, to include scheduling. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication. Manage the front office and administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring excellent patient care. Prioritize daily tasks, appointments, and urgent requests or needs to maintain smooth operations. Responsible for patient inquiries, scheduling, and appointment confirmations, ensuringattention to detail. Oversee patient records, billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to the practice. Responsible for inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and inquiries. Receive and patient complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance the overall patient experience. Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Operations on finances, budget, and expenses, working to improve cost-efficiency. Maintain clear and effective communication with both the team and patients. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, changes, and performance improvement. Stay current on industry regulations, insurance policies, and best practices. Ensure that the health center complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
Assist RVU administration, faculty and staff in special projects as required including community volunteer and student organizational projects. Demonstrate leadership skills, delegation skills, and time management skills. Demonstrate knowledge and skill in the delivery of medical care. Demonstrate knowledge of varied health care specialties and insurance providers. Demonstrate ability to mentor and motivate providers and support staff. Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate with other multi-disciplinary team members. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate complete proficiency of CLIA, OSHA and HIPAA. Track record of leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for faculty, staff and students.
Bachelor's Degree In healthcare administration, business management, or related field OR equivalent work experience. 2-3 years as a Clinic Supervisor, Administrator, or Residency Program Director of a clinic or other outpatient health care center 1-3 years demonstrated leadership, productivity and administrative experience in clinical, professional, research or educational settings 1-3 years experience with EMR Higher education, internal medicine or family practice experience Osteopathic knowledge Final applicant will be required to pass background check and drug screening.
