Client Support Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

Kindred Healthcare is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote and based in Denver, Colorado. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, making it the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client support.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat- Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner- Conduct client onboarding and training sessions virtually- Collaborate with the sales team to support client retention and growth efforts- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall client experience- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:- Motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for helping others- Strong leadership and project management skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
