Job Description:

Cisco Systems is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a remote work position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to client problems- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients- Provide feedback to internal teams on product improvements or enhancements based on client feedback- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better assist clients

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a client support or similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively- Persuasion and creativity skills to effectively engage with clients- Experience using CRM software and other technical tools- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
