Job Description:
Lowe's is seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team in San Francisco, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client services or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable, resilient, and possess strong leadership and cooperation skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and manage client requests and deliverables- Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to optimize client retention and growth- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better serve clients- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes to enhance client service delivery
Requirements:- Proven experience in client services or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
