Job Description:

Barnes & Noble in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Associate Level position with a minimum of 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be independent, reliable, and possess strong cooperation and people management skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner- Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues, escalating to management when necessary- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience- Maintain accurate client records and documentation- Contribute to the development and implementation of client service strategies and processes- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge- Embrace and adapt to change in a fast-paced working environment

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment
