Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional service to school districts in special education management systems, federal claiming, and other school-based revenue programs• Lead clients through implementation and training processes• Respond to a high volume of client support requests• Conduct quality assurance on PCG's web-based software• Work with technology, policy, and financial management functions
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience• Work experience with Medicaid Policy, Medicaid Claiming, Schools, or Special Education• Ability to travel to client sites in Michigan• Ability to work additional hours and some evening and weekend hours• Dedicated space to work from home is required• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills• Proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing
