Mercedes-Benz is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Denver, Colorado. As an Associate level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role. The ideal candidate will be driven, motivated, possess strong project management skills, and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional client service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.2. Assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and product information in a timely and professional manner.3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.4. Coordinate and track client orders, shipments, and deliveries.5. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.7. Assist with special projects and initiatives to enhance the client experience.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.6. Must have a secure and reliable internet connection.
