Party Center Software (PCS) is seeking a Client Relationship and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal marketing team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering strong connections. Party Center Software (PCS), part of the Fullsteam Organization, helps business owners, managers, and party hosts in the family entertainment center (FEC) and event industry to book more parties online. Our dynamic software and marketing services allow our customers to manage staff, upcoming events and orders, and gather digital waivers, remarket via email, manage social media, and scale with our custom websites. We serve family entertainment centers and event venues across the globe in a multitude of industries. Examples include multi-attraction facilities, trampoline parks, bowling alleys, soft play centers, and more. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing our marketing offerings, including website design, social media graphic design, and more. Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Liaison with Internal Teams: Coordinate with our internal marketing team to facilitate seamless communication and project execution. Serve as a liaison between clients and the marketing team, conveying client needs and feedback effectively. Podcast and Webinar Management: Reach out to potential guests for our podcast, schedule recordings, and host episodes. Coordinate the planning and execution of webinar series, including scheduling and hosting. Event & Tradeshow Management: Research trade shows to attend and coordinate travel plans for the PCS sales and customer success team. Prepare necessary brochures, flyers, business cards, pop-ups, and swag for trade shows. Create email workflows and social media campaigns to market our attendance at events beforehand and follow-up afterward. Perform prep and follow-up work for speaking opportunities at events to engage the audience and generate leads. Public Relations: Serve as our PR representative, promoting brand awareness and ensuring our presence is known in relevant industry circles. Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners. Marketing Support: Assist in making our marketing efforts captivating and effective. Contribute to content creation, social media management, and other marketing initiatives as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to learn new skills and be coached/mentored Experience in client-facing roles or customer service positions preferred. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in scheduling tools and basic project management. Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus (HubSpot/Salesforce/Canva/Wix) Experience in the Family Entertainment Center industry is a bonus!
