Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Amazon is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain experience in client relations and customer service in a fast-paced environment. As an Entry Level Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement- Provide feedback to management on client trends and preferences- Assist with client onboarding and training as needed- Work with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Energetic and motivated team player- Experience in people management and leadership preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Availability to work part-time hours- High school diploma or equivalent
