Client Relations Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, assisting with client inquiries, and providing support to the client relations team. This is a full-time, work from home position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with clients to build strong relationships and address their needs and concerns- Assist with client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information- Conduct research and analysis to support the client relations team in developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement- Maintain accurate client records and documentation- Assist with the organization and coordination of client events and meetings- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations
