At Source1, our customized solutions are designed to not only add significant value but also unlock unparalleled savings potential for hospitality operators.Who are we looking for?Source1 is seeking to hire a new Client Manager! In this position, youwill be responsible for managing new and current accounts. You will work closely with clients to add additional account revenue by adding new programs. You'll manage accounts in conjunction with the Sales team and be a key piece in a team driven culture. This position requires high energy and strong interpersonal skills, as communication within the team and with clients is crucial.This position is hybrid-based Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays out of our Lake Worth, FL office and work from home on Fridays. We are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorization for this role.Your impact:Minimum of 50 daily client outreaches (calls, emails, campaigns, etc.)Establish and deepen client relationships by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support as their primary contact within Source1Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with clients on updates, information, concerns, and new opportunities Serve as the client's voice within Source1  Keep organized for both the internal team, as well as the needs of the clientsProactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues. Create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution Identify opportunities for potential upsell  Organize and conduct onboarding of clients Work together with VP of Client Relations to build and maintain client relationshipsKeep all applicable people in the loop Organize, schedule, prepare and conduct business reviews on a quarterly basisMaintain timely follow-up for any client requestsLog all activities, communication, and client data updated internal and external within the CRM systems and databasesMarket new programs and services to clientsProvide frequent updates on project progressMust be comfortable being the point person for the client and internal departmentsHave a full understanding of Source1 interaction with Platform brandsWork with other departments in driving additional revenue through direct manufacturer programsBe available to travel to visit clients face to faceFacilitate customer portalsAbout you:4-year Bachelors' or Associate's degree preferredHospitality experience is a plusMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) proficiencyCustomer service and sales calling experienceAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeValid, unrestricted driver's license with the ability to rent a carSalesforce or other CRM experienceStrong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skillsA strong sense of urgencyStrong ability to adapt to changeWhat's in this for you?Amazing coverages to start.Medical, dental, and vision coverages are just the beginning!
