gpac is partnered with a rising Civil Contractor in West Virginia who are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Civil Foreman Responsibilities:
Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders Maintain accurate records of materials, project activities, and equipment usage Implement and enforce safety regulations on-site Monitor project progress and find a solution to any potential identified issues  Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate crews Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction Superb organizational and communication skills Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Preferred Qualifications:
