Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

We are looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Stryker in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a part-time, remote position at the Associate Level, requiring 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Chat Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service and technical support through chat platforms. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all interactions with customers.

To be successful in this role, you must be independent and hardworking, as well as possess soft skills such as creativity and planning. You should be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills.
