Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a talented Chat Support Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and who possess the personality traits of being reliable and adaptable.
Responsibilities:- Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner- Utilize analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions- Maintain a high level of communication with customers to ensure a positive experience- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided- Meet or exceed performance goals related to response times and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and problem-solve in real-time- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting- Must be reliable and adaptable to changing priorities and situations
