Job Description:
Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a full-time remote work position ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize innovative and creative problem-solving techniques to enhance the customer support process- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting- Confident in communication skills, both written and verbal- Demonstrated innovation and creativity in problem-solving- Comfortable using various chat support software and tools- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection for remote work
