Chart Retrieval Specialist - Part-Time

Datavant is seeking responsible individuals for a specialized, part-time role as a Chart Retrieval Specialist.The role involves retrieving medical charts, scanning/uploading records, and driving between sites.Chart Retrieval Specialists work an average of 20-25 hours per week, with opportunities for increased hours during busier months.

Responsibilities
• Retrieve medical charts from local Healthcare Facilities.• Scan and upload assigned medical records using Datavant equipment and processes.• Drive between sites to complete appointments.• Maintain frequent communication with the regional support team.• Adhere to punctuality, reliability, and quality work standards.• Follow directions and remain open to new experiences and learning processes.• Troubleshoot and overcome technical issues as they arise.• Assist with additional work duties or responsibilities as required.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.• Basic computer skills for scanning, saving, renaming files, creating folders, and uploading to secure servers.• Proven track record of punctuality, reliability, quality work, and ability to follow directions.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.• Ability to troubleshoot and overcome technical issues.• Dependability in terms of arriving to appointments on time and clear communication with supervisor.• Access to a high-speed internet connection.• Positive attitude and willingness to learn through training.• Availability between 8am-5pm at least three consecutive days per week.• Must have reliable personal, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license in good standing.• Ability to roll and lift a 45lb equipment case for medical chart retrievals or maneuver a 25lb soft case.• Business casual attire and a high level of professionalism required at all times.
